So I get up & finally get JP to stop looking at sports so I can check my email and work on a few things. As I go through my email, I see one from my grandma. This is all the email is:

Fudge email

I couldn’t help but laugh because it is the easiest “recipe” ever. I put recipe in quotations because it is that darn easy and tastes sooooooooo good!! I found the recipe on a message board I am apart of and after seeing sooo many raves about it I thought it would be nice to just make some for when I went to my grandmas house. And OH MY GOODNESS. I wish I would have bought enough for another batch for me! *puts that on grocery list* So here is the super simple but super delicious recipe. Oh and I used semi-sweet chocolate chips but you could use any kind to make all kinds of different fudges. Mmm the delicious possibilities ike mint chocolate chips, peanut butter chocolate chips orrr maybe even some white chocolate chips??? :q Onto the recipe, I hope you try this and enjoy it!! Maybe take some wherever you are going for New Year’s Eve? :)

Easy Fudge

one pan
wax paper
1/2 stick of butter
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 cups of chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Melt the butter, sweetened condensed milk & chocolate chips in the microwave for 90 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 60 seconds. Mix in the walnuts if you are going to be using them. Pour into a wax paper lined pan, have the wax paper WHEREVER the fudge will touch on the pan. USE the wax paper, if you don’t use the wax paper, you are really going to regret it. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and then cut!
