Another giveaway? But of course! You can win a Good Earth gift pack that includes a Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken dry dinner kit, two sets of bamboo flatware, two bamboo dishes, a bamboo utility board and a 100% recyclable grocery tote.
I reviewed the Mediterranean Chicken dinner & it was yummmmmy! Next time I’ll remember not to put as much sauce in my meal, with any boxed dinner with a sauce you should make it to your liking (add sauce, taste, add sauce, taste, etc). But I can’t wait to try more of these Good Earth meals. They are 100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG – just add meat and, BAM! Dinner is ready! I would say that this would feed a couple & a child if you don’t plan on having salad/bread/extras.

This week I finally remembered to take lots of pictures (ummm with my blackberry…) for Manic Monday! Here’s a rundown of my day. Cartoons, errands/breakfast/, dinner & movie with my JP, Jonathan & Tiffany, home, grocery store alone…end scene. Today felt so long. Like 3 days instead of just 1….ever have those kind of days?

So here in Houston we are having a cloudy, rainy, soggy day. So me & Micah are jamming to some upbeat music, dancing around like fools & just enjoying the company of each other. The song drops the f bomb a time or two, so just a warning.

So yesterday I got a new phone & it has meant bombarding my twitter with pictures. Random pictures. A train at 3am. My outfit. Micah eating (something that probably goes on 12 hours a day). Food. Random. It’s just fun, so tweet peeps….sorry for so much randomness…..wait it’s twitter…twitter was made for randomness….thank you Twitter for being so awesome!

Me & Micah picked seashells for the first time together this past weekend. A thing I’ve done a countless amount of times before I got to share with my son. It’s so nice to share the little things in life with Micah. Make the most of life. Enjoy the little things.
Micah’s miracle nap…

Yesterday Micah took a nap of three hours. Yes. I said it. THREE HOURS. His usual nap consists of 45 minutes to 1 hour usually. And that’s if I’m lucky. I think that yesterday he crashed from the nonstop week & weekend that kept him from a slew of naps. Last week we spent two full days out of the house, as in leave in the morning & come home after bedtime. That isn’t a usual thing for us. But it isn’t everyday that you have a new nephew brought into the world!
And then we spent the day at the Health Museum with three of Micah’s cousins. Yes I took FOUR children to the health museum…by myself. And you know what? I wanted to invite more kids but that’s all I can fit in my car is 3 kids (not including Micah). I guess it is a good thing I don’t have a huge SUV because I could have thought of atleast three more kids I wanted to take along with me. I’m nutty like that.
And then the weekends went like they usually do…very unplanned. But anyways…a THREE hour nap. That was amazing…
