Giveaway: Yoplait Inner Goddess Pack

Since I’ve been going to the gym lately I’ve been trying to get more protein into my diet, something that isn’t a snacky type thing. At first I got yogurt but then I was given coupons for free Yoplait’s Greek yogurt…I’ve never had greek yogurt. Not even sure what the difference was when I picked it up at my grocery store, I even googled it because to tell the truth..I was a bit scared. But I’ll try everything so I got home & shared my first cup of blueberry yogurt with Micah. It was different but very good. Each cup has 12 grams of protein! Okey that is just AMAZING, do you know how hard it is for me to find good sources of protein since meat has been making feel gross lately? HARD. It comes in four flavors, Strawberry, Blueberry, Honey Vanilla and Plain. They are all very lightly flavored compared to non-greek yogurts but I put a bit of granola or Kashi cereal on top for crunch…AMAZING.

    I’ve already tried the strawberry, so bring on the honey vanilla! Protein is very important for me due to my weight loss surgery, so I’ll be more than happy to have two things of Yoplait in my fridge! :)

    I LOVE greek yogurt. My favorite is actually plain, because I can fancy it up with fruit and sometimes agave if needed. I would totally try the honey vanilla though. Especially if it was free ;)
