I’ve been waiting to sit down and blog all week, but it’s just been so chaotic. For a lot of people right now is spring break and they have plenty of time to relax..not me. I’ve been watching my two nieces all week & my nephew once this week. These girls won’t let me sit for a hour to work…but lucky for me Hey Arnold is on right now and they’re both watching it an laying on the sofas.

The weather has been so insane but very beautiful lately, I’m going for a walk in the park with the girls. Once I’m not so scattered brained I’ll do a real post but I just thought these pictures came out pretty sweet.. Everyone have a super day!

So I have a craft swap I am sending off today so I decided to post pictures on here of the finished product. It’s a pincushion swap, this is my favorite I made but I’m sending one or two along for the ride. Extras are always fun to send

I was also bored last week and started on this just for the hell of it but it turned out REALLY cute, I think it would look great inside a frame & hung up on the wall. What do you think? It’s I think 8×10? But would look good in a frame larger then that with white space around it…I’ll have to hunt for a suitable frame! I was wondering if I made more like these, or even let people choose custom colors for themes I create if anyone would buy them on etsy…that could be fun…or is it too blah?

So last night me & the hubby went to the Houston Rodeo to see Rascal Flatts…which I didn’t think I knew too many of there songs…WRONG! I knew EVERY song they played (as did the husband), so that was pretty neat to hear a lot of my favorite country songs live. I really would have loved if Taylor Swift would have been at the rodeo this year but sadly no… Hannah Montana was & of course sold out so my little sister threw the biggest fit. Here is some imagery to keep you occupied while I finish up some fun craft projects today. Oh and J.P. and myself were wondering how common rodeos are…have you ever been to one?

BTW the rodeo has carnival food + all the BBQ restaurants in the form of stands…*drools*

I’ve been contemplating on bringing back a personal blog but I didn’t want to make it just…personal like my life, relationship, family because that gets boring and old. That’s why I have a private livejournal.. So I decided to turn this into a design/craft/life blog instead of a portfolio…maybe small bit of a portfolio later when I get the chance. But for now I’ll show off my crafts I’ve been doing, my photography. Stuff like that. :p

I’m working on the feel of the site, my links, and all that stuff right now. This feels really weird to be blogging as myself, I’ve been updating blogs as other people so much lately I feel out of my element even though this is how it all started with me…
