OMG good deals make me so happy. I’ve been on a freaking high lately off of it! These are just some of the pictures I remembered to take, because umm I’ve been getting so many deals I’ve just been forgetting. I have well over 100 free AMP energy drinks, that is one expensive habit of JP’s that I got for free FINALLY! I just need to organize my closets to fit everything as neatly as possible, real life storage is nowhere as easy as online storage….only if it was.
Wal-Mart
I paid $11.58 & total before coupons was $69.89 (pretax)
This includes 2 milk crates, 3 – 18 gallon tubs, 5 flea collars, 4 placemats & napkins, 1 tablecloth, 7 floss, 5 – 3 packs of Durex, 16 packs of pull up wipes & 2 packs of colors!

Walgreens
I paid $13.34 & saved a total of $188.87! Oh and I’ll be getting back a $7.50 rebate for the Huggies!
This includes 10 packs of pull-ups, 27 bubble mailers & 18 – 3 packs of gum (that’s 54 packs of gum!)

Tonight I was watching Entourage which is one of my favorite shows & Turtle decided to go back to school. It got me looking up schools like The University of Scranton. One of my friends was actually thinking to apply for their online MBA courses. It’s awesome because you are getting the education you need without having to sit in classrooms, I’m just not one of those type of learners. It’s completely online, I’ve seen “online” classes where you actually have to go into the classrooms each week…I really don’t understand that but this is great because it’s something anyone could do.

- that I married my best friend
- that he’s just has nutty as myself
- that we lift each other up
- we can be totally gross and then laugh about it
- he knows me better then anyone else
- we have great times together
- he roots me on when I have my new hobbies, ideas or strokes of genius!
- he lets me know when I forget to straighten that hair in the hard to reach part in the back of my head
- we both are easy going people, chillin’ is our favorite hobby.
- we made an awesome baby who hopefully will have the awesomeness of both of us put together to be totally awesome, wouldn’t that be….awesome?
While in the “middle” of the blog (because it was going to be longer) I asked JP what was one of his favorite things of being married & he said “Hmm I dunno that would be something I would have to think about…” and then went back to watching the movie. So instead of adding to this my list I am going to grab a drink, a blanket & cuddle with my husband while watching KNOWING. And since I told him I’ve seen the first part of this movie he’s already asked my 3 questions before the credits, I knew that would happen.

I’ve decided every Monday will be Meatless Monday. It’s good all around because you are buying 1 less meat product a week & putting 1 less dead animal in your body. I’m no vegetarian but I don’t really like the thought of eating meat… I went through a time where the taste of meat would make me sick. Well anyways this week we had Chickn Burgers & steak fries. NOM! These are seriously soooo good, I could eat them everyday. Actually all the Morningstar products I’ve tried are sooo good…and no they aren’t sponsoring this post. But hey if they want to fill my freezer full of non meat goodies I’d be good with that. Oh and Smart Ones frozen meals are REALLY good & they aren’t horrible sodium filled meals! It’s funny I’ll try any kinds of foods & with coupons I just eat what’s on sale (I won’t buy frozen meals usually, freezer is for meat & ice-cream). And lately I’ve been getting some pretty healthy foods on sale. I got a full chicken for $0.34 & ground chicken for $0.99/lb. We love our chicken, very little red meat gets consumed. Okey this is such a random food post, but I promise for the most part we eat healthy…minus the pints of starbucks ice-cream I love consuming at every chance.
Oh and the menu this week included:
Monday: Chickn Burgers & baked steak fries
Tuesday: Wholesome Helper with ground chicken
Wed: Baked Chicken & Spinach and Cheese mashed potatoes
Thursday: Steak & leftover mashed potatoes
Friday: Ummm I don’t know yet…
Oh and I’d love some suggestions for meatless Monday!! And preferbly a recipe that won’t cause me to have to buy zyatonix for the ole’ belly!

I’m one tired Mama. Micah has been waking up early & I’ve been falling asleep late. But I’m so happy, my life is pretty darn good. Isn’t it funny how you could be in a bad mood over all the things that seem to not be so wonderful in your life but you just look at the great things that are happening. Like how I have a loving husband & son. Everyday I’m blessed to wake up. I have shoes to wear. I have Starbucks ice-cream in the freezer. Thankful for not having to ever need alarm systems in anyplace I’ve lived, had one before but never used it. I’ve been getting good coupon deals. Everyday I get to hang out with my best friend. My family is all well & healthy. I’m just very happy. I’m learning more & more everyday to enjoy the small things we all take for granted everyday. Well I’m off to sink into my bed for a few hours.

Where did the past 6 months go? My son is 6 months old and it is scaring the heck out of me. In just another 6 months he’ll be 1 year and then before I blink he’ll be in school then graduating…. it’ll be alright Pamela… yes it has to be alright. I didn’t think that the scary part of motherhood would be him growing up, well that’s the scariest so far. I have much more scares ahead of me. Micah weighed in at 18 lbs 14.5 oz & 28 inches long. And he stopped crying before the band-aids were even on his legs! And his mean mommy took a few pictures of the shot process…just look how red his face turns. Oh my gosh I couldn’t stop “awwing” & laughing at the pictures. I hugged him and gave him a million kisses after wards but the pictures are just too funny. Okey I’m off to finish the pudding cake we have… and then look up some ephedra pill. Might need them seeing that I ate 90% of the huge chocolate pudding cake in the kitchen. Horrible…but oh so good.

This is how I look tonight. I’m about to go wash my face, kiss my baby good night & climb into my bed to cuddle with the hubby. And maybe if I’m lucky I’ll get some sleep…but that hasn’t been happening lately. Stress has been getting in the way of my sleep. Stupid stress.

Yes it’s true. My husband is immune to my super savings. After spreading yesterday’s haul out on the counter & yelling “GUESS GUESS GUESS!!! IT WAS ALL $1.74!!!!!”. He polity smiled (knowing he needed to) and said “Oh…that’s good”. Then he proceeded to go back to the living room to play with Micah. And I followed after saying “Isn’t that awesome?!?!” and he again said “Yeah, that’s good”. And I proceeded to tell him just ONE of the boxes of cereal should have cost $2.66 & then he realized it….he’s use to my tiny spending habit. What would have shocked him is if I would have paid full price. But I won’t shock him with full price shopping…not my style.
The corn is 10/$1 at Super Target! WOW! That’s the cheapest I’ve EVER seen corn, I’m thinking to go back & picking some more up for the freezer! Enjoy the pictures of my $1.74 shopping spree….
