Our Friday evening was spent playing outside. And no day would be complete without some Mr. Potato Head playtime, including them all going down the slide with Micah. The weather was perfect for enjoying our grassy green backyard.

We had a bit of a storm yesterday with high winds & as my dad got up from under the canopy to bring Micah inside (it was just wind & sprinkling at this time). He heard a huge noise, behind him a tree limb snapped off & crashed into Micah’s playhouse and the canopy. BUMMER. [...]

Micah wanted me to pop in & say hello. Well that must be why he was having me take pictures of his potato head creations right? He’s currently OBSESSED with potato head, where can I get only pieces for potato head at a reasonable price? Anyone? Sell me your pieces?

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom. I’m so blessed to be your daughter. And being a mother myself, I can’t imagine ever having this day to only celebrate as a my mother’s daughter. I’m so happy that this day I am celebrating being a mother to the coolest kid I know.
