Posted by admin on April 14th, 2010 . Filed under: Random .Today I upped my work from 2 miles a day to 3 miles a day. I did 2 miles a day for two weeks & after two weeks I’ll up it another mile again. I am SORE! Seriously sore from my legs, abs and feet. Oh and I am resisting snacks, trying so hard to quit my bad snacking habits. During the day I’ll have a fruit or yogurt for a snack & a Jell-o at night. But that’s it I need to stop. Especially when I’m working, I tend to stress eat. I should try chewing gum…I hear that works for some people. Yes I will chew gum.
Okey I am beyond tired, beyond exhausted, yes whatever comes after exhausted…I’m that.

Do you like popcorn? I get one of those 100 calorie packs of microwavable popcorn and eat that at night if I feel the urge to snack. It’s so filling that after eating my stomach is full and I’m no longer tempted to snack on anything else.
