Is this really how it is?

My life is simply wonderful right now. I know some people would find my life a boring life to lead at this time since it is a repeat of yesterday. But I couldn’t be more happy to be taking care of my family. I can’t get out of the house much since I’m not allowed to drive at the moment. I haven’t left the house since Monday, that’s when the little family went grocery shopping together. I probably won’t be getting out of the house until Friday or Saturday again. Saturday I plan to go to my mom’s to let her aww over my newborn & for me to get some laundry done. Sunday is the big game & JP has informed me that he’d like to stay home to gorge on food. Uh uh uh YAY! Hah sounds nerdy but I much rather be in the comfort of our home watching the game, especially when Micah gets hungry. Alright alright I’m done for now…I have a big ole’ post coming soon….whenever soon is. O_o

It’s not boring at all. I love nothing better than staying home with my little family. Right now I love being with my newborn. As there’s such an age gap between mine (my boys are 10 and 12 and Ivy is 3 weeks) I feel like a first time mum again. Love it!

Take in every moment and enjoy. It is suche a blessed time, and you and Mr Micah have much bonding and love to exchange in these the early days. Its NOT boring it is beautiful.
Watching them sleep, open their eys, wriggle etc is magical.

You are not boring at all. It’s nice to see you enjoy being a new mama so much, I never liked going out much when they were little.
Staying at home enjoying spending time with your baby boy is not boring – its something that should be cherished (which you seem to be doing very well!) because they grow up so so so fast….
Enjoy it! Can’t wait to hear your birth story if you care to share it in the future!!! Congrats again Pamela.

Your life does not sound boring at all. It sounds wonderful. I don’t think there is anything in this life that is more important or more special than family and you have a wonderful little family!

AWWWWWWWWW!!!!! Pam I’m so sorry I am so late with this but CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!! He is simply gorgeous!!!!! Isn’t being a mommy just the most wonderful thing ever?! I can’t wait to hear how the birth went!

Isn’t it amazing? I remember when we 1st brought Katie home, at one point I was the happiest I’ve ever ever felt in my entire life. It was an amazing feeling. Congrats on your beautiful baby boy!
