Trying to figure this out…

Filed under: Random .I was wanting to do more updates with recipes, contests, household tips, photography, reviews and more content type of blog entries but I really can’t decide if I want to just expand this blog into that or just keep this blog for my personal life. I could keep this one and expand on it, it would be a personal blog along with helpful blog entries. What do you guys think? Should I just keep this blog how it is & open up another domain with the household goodies OR expand this domain with all the new things I want to do? If you are reading this, you’re a visitor…so please go ahead and put in some input! Thanks guys!!! 
Either way I have some GREAT stuff coming to a computer screen near you!

I would say to expand on this site. I use to go between two separate sites, but with my son being almost 3 and another baby on the way it’s just stressful. One site would be perfect and you can have everything in one spot and you don’t have to go back and forth all the time trying to keep on top of things. That’s my opinion congrats on the pregnancy by the way you’re having a winter baby like me

I’ve seen a lot of blogs where the author posts about her personal life as well as various other things (such as giveaways, reviews, etc like you mentioned) so I would just say go with that! That’s what I intend to do with mine before too long
HOWEVER, it’s always fun to open up new domains also!! Haha. Or, you could just create a subdomain on this blog.. oh the decisions!

I like a diverse blog. What you write in your personal blog right now is interesting and obviously keeps people coming back. What better way to entertain us, than some diversity like contests and recipes! That would be so rad.

I definately think keep it the way you have it right now, and just expand it with all the other things you want to do (like the recipes, household tips etc!). You could always have a sub-domain like someone else mentioned

I say expand the site like you have been. I enjoy all types of your posts, and it is nice having it all on one site.

I would mix them! You can always branch it out onto another blog later if it’s something that you decide you want to do a blog about something more specific.
