I am always so nauseated during my first trimester that I can’t eat and end up losing a few pounds. After the first trimester my appetite comes back and I eat and eat and eat. I gained 77 pounds with my first and more than fifty with my other four.

anyways, if yours doesnt let up.. dont be scared to ask for the meds! congrats on the baby :)
